Uganda Gayaza, Norah Naggawa 756 A Project of Child Sponsorship

Gayaza Project

The Gayaza Project helps many children whose families are in crisis situations for various reasons. The children receive scholarship assistance, and help with vocational training as appropriate. They meet weekly for Bible teaching, fun and exercise, and help with schoolwork. The children have learned a variety of other skills too, including gardening and then cooking the food they raised, cakemaking, beadmaking, choreographed singing, and various art projects. Several children with albinism are also being helped by the project.

Your sponsorship provides all the child's school needs, including uniforms, supplies, and all fees. It also provides for a weekly Saturday club which includes help with schoolwork, Bible teaching, exercise, developmental activities the children enjoy, and a hot, nutritious meal. The children have learned gardening, cooking, and crafts, amongst other things. Some medical support is given as project funds allow.
